I was pushed a procedure that was not medically necessary. I was not explained the cost, coverage or need by the PA. The customer service was atrocious when I was billed and questioned why it was not reviewed with me prior to the procedure. I will be reporting this business to my insurance for intentionally inflating costs and will never recommend them to anyone I know.
