PA was great, but the receptionist was cold amd unfriendly, seemed annoyed with only 1 other patient there in the suite.

Started a little bumpy when I waited 15 minutes after my appointment time to ask the front desk if they were already running behind as I was scheduled at 8:00 and she informed me that the aesthetics department had moved down the halll. I rushed down there where that front desk person seemed to be a little unsure, maybe new?? Carmen is wonderful as always and the reason I continue to come there. Was a tough day for staff as the site for the botox site crashed. But they handled it in good spirits and Carmen was wonderful. Taking time to explain my procedure as well as other products.
