Improve your operations! You’ve got pockets of disconnect which make can make for a very poor patient experience. I’ve been a patient for years and have had more awful experiences than good. I had only continued coming because of Dr. Egnatios. This last “visit” (which was cut short as the (new??) aesthetician questioned the service I requested (that I had received several times in previous years) and questioned the course of treatment my doctor had advised me of. NOT happy!
I understand that some services have paused because of COVID19, but I feel like my treatment is not taking effect because it is not done properly. I have completed 3/6 laser hair removes and my last one was 12 weeks ago (4-6 weeks more than a normal treatment span). I feel like my prior treatments are null because it's been so long since my last session. Can I have an offering to make up for the loss so that I can receive full service and full effect?
