I purchased this system October 2020 the following Summer we had a total of 11-15 service calls for various reasons. Duct work, unit wires burning, thermostat going out, etc. They would come out but we still had sooooo many problems from a BRAND NEW UNIT (almost $9,000) Two years after purchasing the unit the thermostat went out again for the third time. Asked for an estimate for a whole house system. estimator came out and looked it over when expected. was supposed to send me a quote by the weekend. A different company estimator came out and looked it over the next day and made sure I had that quote in hand with all questions answered within 2 hours. As of six days of this company estimator I still have not gotten the quote. Went with the other company.

They came to my residence last year for repair. On invoice they charged to replace part under warranty now he says charged were for other things related to repair. What you put into writing is more substantial than your word. Now they want to repair with parts that do not exist voltage absorption system and power enhancement system tried to find parts on Goodman's website not there. They have been very dishonest. Reporting them to state licence board.

We had appointment to get our heat & air serviced today, after the didn't show up I called and the tech that came out to the house lied about knocking on my door if he had my dogs and the 3 people inside the house would had heard him also, I have a door bell!! Also I updated my phones numbers!! when I schedule the appointment I took a day off to get this done. Not only did they lied they didn't save my new numbers I gave them,and I'm suppose to take another day off and reschedule like it was my fault!!
