Just got my new A/C and am really pleased with it. I had gone to other places and got quotes for a new a/c unit and wasn't really impressed with them; however, when a young lady, Mrs. Kristy, who works for affordable came in to my place of work, I asked her about getting a quote and she gave me the number to call. I purchased a York heat and air unit approximately 2 years ago Affordable installed the unit, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Just over a week ago the unit quit cooling & they came out in the rain on Memorial Day at no additional charge to inspect my unit They found a leak and ordered the replacement part. Apparently the part was going to have to be built at the factory and Affordable couldn't get a satisfactory answer as to what kind of time frame we could expect the new part so the... read more
I didn't want to by a new a/c unit but after 3 yrs of having to have my old unit repaired I finely gave in and went shopping for a new one. I found that affordable was my best bet. the service was the best and best yet is they did what they said they would do, Adam and his team are great. thanks guys.
