Staff member Gloria Caldara was VERY helpful in assisting me with creating a email to potential tenants for my soon to be available apartment. Additionally, she helped me to know how to navigate the page where my unit is posted for more people can be aware of it.

I want to sincerely commend Ms. Julien for her professionalism and patience. Yesterday I had an extremely frustrating experience with the Section 8/Affordable Housing software system. I was repeatedly kicked out of the program and felt discouraged to the point where I almost decided not to list my property at all. By the time I reached a representative, I was upset and critical.
