I recently spoke with Kaylah over the phone, and I have to say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. She was incredibly informative, answered all my questions thoroughly, and took the time to ensure I understood everything.
Elena Amado was a dream to work with. She answered all of my questions quickly and concisely. Valued my time enough to help stream line the completion of our property and provided amazing customer service. It was nice for someone to actually take the time to follow up and be punctual about time. Property management is fast pace and there can be a lot of road block especially setting up account, however I did not experience this with her.
