William Bray was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Five star customer service.
It was good before. Recently it is not helping me. I didn’t get any notifications at all. Called so many times. Every time, whoever attended the call said everything is good. No problem. But I didn’t get any notifications at all.
Kemar was very helpful in assisting me with my request. He was very patient and very knowledgeable with the questions I asked. I am happy that I spoke with him and he did a wonderful job.
I called a few times had very poor experience trying to connect with a representative until I got Elena on the phone. She is a GEM! she knows her product speaks clear and precise, and is willing to hold my hand and help me through the process of getting a good tenant in my house. Bravo! keep up the good work. If every representative there was like you, the productivity would increase 10 times
Rick was absolutely amazing!
Lemar was courteous and very helpful. He helped to maneuver through my listing, adding helpful tips, and answered all my questions
