Gloria Caldara was truly amazing in helping me with questions and provided me with the support I needed. She is actually the best representative that I have had the pleasure of connecting with. More Gloria’s are needed in these kind of businesses. . She is definitely a perfect fit for this kind of job because of her sweet personality. I am looking forward to connecting with her again in the future when I update my application. It was pleasure Gloria!

KEMAR SMALL VERY HELPFUL. QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL
after speaking with multiple agents Gloria Caldara got me right. Gloria deserves a raise and a promotion to train others how to properly deal with customers. I lost almost two weeks not being able to use the platform. I was misinformed by others as to what was going on.
Your employee was great!
