I called in to get assistance to update my housing application. Gloria Caldara was the customer service representative who assisted me . She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about her job and treated me with kindness and compassion. And I feel it’s people like her who really care and make this world a better place . Just by treating people the way everyone should treat each other. Thanks again Gloria

Being knowledgeable and friendly
Elena was awesome! She helped me with my account a big deal. She was very patient and thorough. Very organized with attention to detail.
D'Angelo, the customer service personnel who assisted me, was respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. I have a paid subscription with affordablehousing.com, and my account was not operating properly: I received error messages when I tried to access certain features in my account. D'Angelo figured out that these problems had occurred because I was locked out of my account. He successfully resolved the problem.
Elena Amado was a great help!! Professional quick and concise!!
