I've been trying to update my information for some time now. Of course, I always try after business hours, so when something goes awry, I can't call. Today, I finally called and got the most helpful, kindest representative! You just can't imagine how lovely it was to work with her. She was totally professional, didn't waste a minute, but her tone of voice was warm and sympathetic and her instructions were right on point! She's a gem. If you can't give her a raise, you should definitely give her a big box of chocolate.
