I called the main # to check and see if xray was available at the branch near me. The operator told me to head over to the Thornton location, it was 10:20pm. We arrived at 10:40pm. The NP on duty at the time told us that she would not see my son, who has a potentially broken hand, because we got there too close to closing. She basically said to go to emergency or to one of their other locations, MUCH farther from our home, the next day. I went in there with lots of pain...just was trying to feel better and get help and all they could tell me is that they didn't have narcotics there ..what a good way to help someone in pain..they didn't even give me a chance to get any help but was good to say it's 160.00 never again will I recommend anyone to go there.what a good way to help someone.never again
Terrible just terrible! This is my second encounter with this Urgent care clinic! The first one was when I hurt my foot and came in and they said sorry our X-ray tech called out sick and for me to come back in the morning! I did and same thing! This time I called ahead of time to see if I could get a rapid covid test and they said sure come in. I come in only to find out I have to call for an appointment and she said it would be an hour wait I said ok. It’s now been 2 1/2 hours to take a simple test!!! What the heck?!?!?!
I would give this place zero stars if I could. Walked in tonight because my daughter had nursemaid elbow and since they're so close to my house I thought they would be able to help me pop her elbow back in right away. NOPE!!!! I was asked my daughters age and told that they couldn't help her because she was too distraught. Really????? We have been here many times in the past and had wonderful care, so when my daughter injured her ankle, we signed in online and arrived at 5:00, as instructed. Once we walked in, we were informed the x-ray tech left at 3:00 and they could not treat her. They suggested their Hampden Ave. location, which is over an hour away. We are now starting over with a different clinic. It's an hour later and we just finished completing paperwork all over again. Ck in 07/07/2020 covid test. 11 business days passed, still no results, they keep blaming Quest. Quest says no. Paid $230.00 and no results. Out of wk now 14 days. Could use $230. 00 for groceries right about now. Tried all day togay to call no one answers, left message to call cb, no call back. If you need covid results 5-8 days like the follow up care says DO NOT USE THEM. Very upset right now.

They saw my son and he had a cough so they sent us home..told us to get him meds over the counter, didn't tell us how much of what he could have. They could have made it simple and called something into the pharmacy with proper doseing for his age .but I guess they felt parents guessing was a better idea. Then they made follow up calls on a holiday and when I said he is still coughing there response was take him to his primary which you can't do on a holiday for 2 days. So why call me! Wait time about 10 minutes in waiting room, then about 10 minutes in exam room. Doctor was friendly and attentive and seemed genuinely concerned. She prescribed meds for my problem, making sure the pharmacy received it before I left. I would recommend this urgent care to my family and friends. My visit was nice and easy and stress free.
