I was very impressed overall with the experience. Everyone at every level (From Nick, Rania, Jim and the receptionist) that we encountered did a great job and we obviously love the Santa Fe! My only piece of feedback has to do with the minor details. When we went to pick up the vehicle I had to inquire about the specific things that we agreed upon to be included: 1)Was told we would have a full tank of gas but it was at half a tank. Had my first ever vehicle from here and the service I received was amazing. everyone was super friendly and customer oriented. I have been to other Hyundai branches and was disappointed but Agincourt Hyundai literally went out of their way to help me out during the process. They even helped me find insurance and were really making whatever I requested come true. I am very happy with this branch and have already been referring it to my family members and friends.

I bought my Elantra to Jamir when he was on the other dealership way back years ago. Last week I called him where he was and brought my relative to buy a new 2019 Tucson. He was the same salesman I dealt with before. He's relax, no pressure, fun to deal with, always busy but will treat you with respect and we're all happy. You may not like him at first but once you deal with him and talk to you, you're stuck because there is no car salesman like him. Thank you sir.
