Everything got delayed a lot. The staff didn't really seem to follow up well or care about it I had to call them to check up if the documents were ready and everything. It was supposed to take 1 week but took 3 weeks instead.
Did not have to spend too much time to close a deal.
Took the time to help find the kind of car that I was looking for.

Just bought my 3d Tucson in 5 years in the same dealership. I needed a quick replacement for 2015 Tucson AWD which I unfortunately lost in a car accident, so I didn't have much time for shopping. The sales consultant was very helpful. In just bout 10 days I picked up my new 2018 Tucson SE AWD, the same trim as the lost one, even the same color, and it's loaded with better features. It ended up much more expensive too. I accepted an offer to add extended warranty, not sure if it's worth it.
