Today I called Air 1 at 7am and they had a technitian out by 9:00am. That's was greatly appreciated. I have been using Air 1 for about 10 years. They are fast and make sure you don't have to wait for service. And I trust them. All of the technicians have been professional and friendly. Today, Mark came to help with my new system. My AC cut out last night. I called Air 1 at 7 AM and had a technitian by 9AM! That kind of service is a rare thing! Mark, my technitian, has been to my home before and it was nice to see a familiar face. Also a rare thing! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and good with my dogs. He had diagnosed and fixed the problem by 10:30. He left everthing tidy as well. I have been using Air 1 for at least 10 years and will continue to use them.
This was my second time using Air 1. I bought a new garbage disposal and although I've been able to replace them in the past myself, this time the disposal was just too heavy for me. I called Air 1 and was lucky enough to get service the same day. Marc arrived within the time frame given and was able to install the disposal for me in a little less than an hour.
