Called for mini split service. The tech that came out was great, however the front office is incredibly incompetent with scheduling. Called and set the appointment on Wednesday for Saturday. Called them on Friday to confirm if everything was set and got the ok. Received a call Saturday morning to say the mini split specialist was off on the weekend.
