My thermostat went out on a Friday evening. I called Saturday expecting to reach voice mail. Instead, a manager immediately answered and assured me they would take care of it first thing Monday morning. The service technician arrived promptly at 8 and had it fixed before noon, even though it required an extra trip for needed parts and more than the thermostat had to be repaired. Thank you Air Services team. Our A/C went out over night. The technician came out first thing on a Saturday morning and had it fixed and running in no time! Very efficient and professional.
