Our A.C. went put on 7/15. We called Air Services on Monday, 7/16, and they came same day and diagnosed the problem. The A.C. unit was under warrenty and "the part was to be ordered". We called to check on the part 6 times. Today 8/8, we were told they did not order the part because of $25 shipping. We would have paid shipping. We were never told they didnt ordered the part until today. We've called another company and the A.C. unit will be fixed in the morning. Mrs Jernigan, Mr Jernigan called us out. We diagnosed a bad exam blower. Parts under warranty Mr Jernigan called back and said his unit started running and cancelled the call. We cancelled the parts. He called back several times to check on status of parts because the unit stopped again.
