Your agent Alex tried to defraud me by telling me i had mold and bacteria in my coils. He took a picture of it but never showed me and tried hard to extort additional money. When I said I don't that kind of money on hand. He offered financing the cost. The homeowner actually spoke with Alex over the findings. He then said, he would lower the cost. Scammers stay away! Put in a home warranty call as my thermostat button was sticking and I could no longer adjust temp, everything else was working just fine. Alex P. From Air Zone was sent out and immediately told me my system was old and needed to be replaced. Now my system is really old but it was working except the thermostat so why would I replace? They checked our rebate status with Duke Energy while we were on the phone; they sent Justin, a very competent tech, out to do all the duct tests the next day; and then he stayed to do all the work we needed once we got the estimate on the repairs. System is already working better. Very impressive customer service!
Air Zone Air Conditioning was very professional. I had a few different issues which required more than 1 technician. All were very courteous and considerate when working inside my home. The call center was also excellent when trying to schedule appointments. I am very satisfied with the work performed and definitely recommend them.
