I just purchased a Trane system through Air Zone. The installation guys (Jose and his brother-in-law) were friendly, professional, and on time!
I called yesteday morning due to a condensate blockage. They arrived the same day right on time. The technician checked out my system and cleaned it out. It's now working just fine. I'll use them again
My home warranty provider sent these folks to one of my properties. They came out, fixed the issue in about 20 minutes, and gave me some pointers on how to better maintain my system. Haven't had any issues since. Overall, I'm pleased.

I had just moved to Florida when my AC broke down. I googled AC repairs in Tampa, and came across Air Zone. Admittedly, I was skeptical due to the reviews I found online. The tech Mike came out and explained (very thoroughly) what the issue was. He diagnosed the issue quickly. I had bad contactor and cap at my condenser. He was very fast, professional and knowledgeable. I received a follow up call a week later, which was considerate. I would definitely recommend Air Zone to ANYONE.
I am very pleased with the service I received from Air Zone. The technician made sure I was aware of the problem (condenser fan not working) and what he was going to do to fix it. He was very professional all through out. I would highly recommend their services.
