Furnace tune up Had my yearly tune up done on my furnace by Eric g. He found my flame sensor low and condensate pump broken. What would have been a $500 job was completely free because of the protection plan. Thank you aire one and this silver plan im on. Everything taken care of at on charge because of my plan thank you so much

Water softner, water tank and part replacment Dave c came by to inspect my furnace. Found a part that needed replacing. Eric G came by to install new part. Both guys were wonderful. Also I had a new water softener and hot water tank installed by aire one. What a great company to deal with and have amazing service techs

Great Technicians! The pump on my furnace was leaking, and spewing a white dust. The technician, (GRANT), arrived, after a long day's work, and fixed the problem promptly! Grant, was friendly, knowledgeable, and most courteous! It was a pleasure to have such a great young man tend to my troublesome furnace pump! Thank you, GRANT !!

Tune up furnace and ac plus install new thermostat Eric is a wonderful service tech. He spent a good amount of time looking at our furnace and ac. Told him we were having issues with our thermostat. He looked into our plan and with great news a new thermostat was part of our plan. He installed a new thermostat before he left with no extra cost to us. Very pleased with Erics service.
