New HVAC install with humidifier and iWave The installers Mackenzie and Jordan showed up on time, worked efficiently and with great care for quality. They followed Covid safety precautions to keep everyone safe. The home was left as it was found with a professional installation and very comfortable clean air. From the first call to the installation the staff were very helpful and responsive.

Furnace Installation Andy and Keatley removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace, installed the new thermostat, and did an excellent job explaining the process and answering any questions we had. They made sure we were comfortable with all aspects of our new furnace. They did a thorough job of cleaning up inside and outside of our house, to the point one wouldn't even know they were here. Heating system not working I realized I had no heat at home early in the morning an d called them right away. They dispatch a service technician that was in my place in less than 3h. Rob did a very through and professional assessment and ordered a part replacement that will be installed the day after.

Aire one kitchener My furnace broke down and I had to purchase a new furnace. It was installed the very next day ! Bill and zack extremely professional and explained clearly the different components of the furnace. I would recommend this company.

Furnace Issue The overall service was good, but will now need a call back to clean the furnace. I would have given 5 stars had everything been completed in one appointment. The humming of the motor (if that’s what’s causing the sound) remains.

Annual Maintenance This was our annual maintenance check up, part of a monthly plan through Aire One. We made our appointment when services were made available following Covid shut down. Aire One confirmed the appointment, and the technician’s expected arrival time, the afternoon before our appointment. Vahid arrived on time. He was polite, followed social distancing protocol, and was efficient in completing his work (he even removed and left his shoes on the stoop). Service for Air condition Our air condition broke, so we called aire one to come out and fix it. They were able to come in two days. The worker Sean wore his mask while looking at it, and stayed two feet away. He was pleasant, and able to come up with a solution quickly. They called the next day to book an appointment with the part.
