Super friendly The furnace wasn't working in the morning but David C got out really quickly (within an hour) and determined the cause of the problems, cheerful the entire time. Makes it easier to head bad news that way!

Furnace and A/C Inspection Service Contract: Technicians arrived within scheduled time slot. Performed required measurements on both furnace and A/C. Reviewed all findings with me, with suggestions for humidifier (if required) and potential for rental of water heater through Aire One. Tasks were complete within one hour. Technicians wore face masks and left area clean.

Furnace Repair Sean did a great job. The two-stage Carrier furnace has a faulty rely switch that kept getting triggered and shutting off for 3 hours everyday. Sean came in for a repair service and he was friendly and helpful.
