Service for Air condition Our air condition broke, so we called aire one to come out and fix it. They were able to come in two days. The worker Sean wore his mask while looking at it, and stayed two feet away. He was pleasant, and able to come up with a solution quickly. They called the next day to book an appointment with the part.

Replaced old water heating Our water heater died and due to its age, needed to be replaced. Service was done the next day after I called. It's a rental unit owned/provided by the City. Workers arrived on time (Caser & someone else), were friendly, did the work, left in good time. Everything works well.

Furnace and A/C installation Our furnace was tagged out of service by the big furnace and hot water heater rental company, but they would not do anything about it for two days. Adam from Aire One called me 30 minutes after I contacted him He knew I was without heat, just 2 days before Christmas. Adam was able to set me up with an available rebate and saved us money. Air Cond. Sean was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he did and what he found and what our options are. He also let us know what other services Air One offers if we were interested in looking into them. He did set up an appointment to have someone come out and give us a price for a new air conditioning unit just in case we are interested. Our current unit is 21 years old and is showing signs of wear. His service was excellent.

Precision Tune Up Annual Precision Tune Up this year was included in a protection plan from the company and it was done very safely (e.g. wearing mask and distancing) by a friendly and knowledgeable technician. Would recommend. Bought my furnace approx 12 years ago and have used them every year since.

Service furnace Ricardo did a five star job, he was polite, knowledgeable and service the furnace. He wore a mask correctly, he had shoe covers and did forget to provide a new filter.
