Replaced flame sensor and ventor motor which was cracked and leaking Parts were under warranty. Furnace works fine after repair. Technician was friendly and professional (Adam Simon). The furnace is only two years old and has not let us down yet. We look forward to having it maintained under a yearly plan with filter to be supplied.

Had water heater replaced! Charlie and Geraldo were excellent starting at the front door taking off their shoes to explaining everything they were doing down to the replacement parts. Installation of Carrier Air Conditioner and Furnace Dave and Flo arrived on time. They wore face coverings as required. They introduced themselves and were very careful to remove shoes and lay down floor coverings. They worked well as a team and answered any questions I had, making sure I understood. When work was complete, they showed me the new equipment and instructed me on how to set them up and adjust seasonally. I am very pleased with their work. Thank you.
