New furnace and AC Our furnace and AC were approaching their end of life. After several quotes, much research and educating myself, I chose Aire One, and am very satisfied so far. Everyone from Mike (sales rep who worked with us to get to an agreeable price), to Lisa in the office, to Dave and Eric who did the install (completed ahead of schedule)...was nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful. Yearly Service I pay for the service plan and it includes a yearly servicing and cleaning of my furnace and air conditioner. The young woman arrives right on time and did a thorough cleaning including taking time to clean out the old bee hive in the furnace. Great job!

Annual furnace inspection Had Aire One in for our annual checkup -- furnace (purchased from Aire One) is running great and service is super as well. Technician was scheduled for between 8-10 in the morning -- showed up on time and was very pleasant. All we needed (after the checkup) was a new humidifier filter. Thanks Aire one!

Furnace trouble Furnace Filter change burned out the fuse inside the furnace, stopped working. The technician got it going within half an hour. Early morning visit was within 1 hour of me calling the support staff. Very good job.
