Furnace tweak Aire one is a great company, I just wish that my furnace didnt have all the problems that it has. It was a little tricky to diagnose the problem, but the repair women could not be stumped. My furnace is now up and running, great job.

Duct Cleaning The technician is in my home right now and doing a GREAT job. As suspected, he confirmed that the previous company merely went through the motions. He is detailed, pleasant and spending a LOT of time going through each duct. The price is great and the quality is superb. Thank goodness I have found a great contractor in this field.

New furnace install While I worked most of the day, I came home to two individuals working tirelessly to install our new furnace. Tariq and Hamed were very very personable and answered all of our questions. It was not hard to tell they took pride in all that they did. Furnaces and fireplace maintenance Phil was very knowledgeable and he explained everything. His work was excellent. We would like Phil to do any future problems we may have and all our maintenance work. He fixed the drainage hose form the humidifier it had a kink in it which caused it to clog up, and he advised us to leave the pilot light on in the fireplace so it won't corrode.

Check furnace Service was suberb. Dave arrived at our house on a Sunday within 2 hrs of our call. Furnace had stopped during the night. He was able to rectify the problem immediately and got us back in service. Also went out of his way to check entire system inside and out to make sure all was good. Dave is a very friendly caring young man who took great lengths to explain the entire situation to us while demonstrating the highest level of safety during this virial war Highly recommended.

New furnace and air conditioner We are very pleased with our purchase of a new furnace and air conditioning system from Aire One. The installers Tariq and Tes were very pleasant and very professional. They arrived on time and worked hard. We were really impressed with how respectful they were of both us and our home. Installation of a hot water tank Charley and his assistant installed a 50 gallon tank with care and professionalism. The floor and stairwell were covered with a tarp and all residue material from the old tank were promptly cleaned up and discarded. Charley explained his installation while I watched the whole process. My only disappointment was the mixing valve which is an energy waste but mandated by Kitchener Utilities which should allow one to waive this unit. Overall I was very satisfied
