Purchased a furnace filter and saved some money I went to buy a replacement filter for my furnace and during the transaction David told me how I could save money on annual tune-ups for my furnace and air conditioner. I was already hiring them for this on an ad hoc basis to it made sense to me to sign up.

Good provider for Aprilaire products Been using Aired Ones office for Aprilaire air and humidifier filters for 10 years now. Nice that they always have plenty of stock and people on hand to process the transaction quickly.

Kind and quick service Our furnace wasn't working so and we called at 6:15pm (after hours). The technician showed up at 7 and had the heat running by 7:30. To prevent future outages the technician has ordered a new part and will be back to install at a later date. We will be receiving a call tomorrow once the part has been ordered.

Annual service Service technician arrived when scheduled. Thoroughly inspected furnace and A/C. Asked appropriate questions re past issues (none reported), house humidity, and air flow. Washed down A/C unit when finished and reviewed final report. One part (venter motor) was noisy and replacement to be ordered.
