Furnace and A/C Had new furnace and a/c units installed in 2012. The crew was courteous, layed down covers on the floor for protection. They discovered a problem with my air return and returned a day or two later to install a solution. Was very satisfied with the work and I continue to have aire one return each year to do annual inspections and purchase my filters from their show room on Victoria St.

New Furnace installation Signed up to replace our old furnace, was installed 5 days later, a motor did not work, was replaced the next day and appears to work well. The sales consultant, the two installers and the repair technician were all very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Furnace Service I received excellent service. James was very helpful and prompt. I would absolutely use Air One again. James walked me through the process and made appropriate recommendations. He informed me about available rebates and showed me where all the problems were. Great company.

maintenace Had our carrier furnice install last year and had our first service done to maintain it this year James the service tech was great whet over everything with me in detail and even fixed a drain problem with my humidifier great service from aire one

Furnace service The service was fine, but the hours are not very friendly for people who work standard 9 to 5. I'm a contractor, so when I don't work, I don't get paid. I requested the first morning appointment so that I could get to work at a reasonable time, but the technician arrived at 11:00 am. I lost 3.75 hours of pay. I'd like to suggest you do service calls one evening a week or Saturday mornings like many other companies do. This would be a great help for people in my situation.
