Even though we never met anyone in person due to our location, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I know Scottsdale has a great dealership; I just wish we could get the same kind of service from a local dealership here in Michigan. Thank you for all of your help.

Mary was very helpfully to me with my inquiry about the vehicle that I was interested in. She took the time to find out the location of the car on your lot and then drove me to another lot so that I could see and drive the car. We returned back to the dealership.

Aaron did a great job diagnosing my problem and getting it fixed. He was prompt in responding to my calls and kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle. I will return to AirPark to get my vehicles serviced! Thank you Aaron and the staff of AirPark Dodge Chrysler Jeep!

Marshall Lillquist was very helpful and patient while my husband and I looked at new and used cars. Not wanting to be pushed into anything, we were a little wary when we first arrived at the Airpark dealership. However, Marshall is friendly, polite and listened well when we described our automobile needs, requirements and preferences. I have had a very good experience with Airpark so far. They have been great about helping me get a couple of issued resolved with my new vehicle. They were also able to get me into the vehicle I wanted for a price I could afford when no one else could. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I meet that needs a new car.

I rated this dealership so well because they were I rated this dealership so well because they were extremely friendly and had given me excellent service. They took the time to listen to everything that i wanted in a new car. They also put in alot of effort trying to get me the best deal possible which would still be afordable for me.

Great service and a lot of issues were resolved on my 2002 Sebring. I have a question though, not sure the coupon I had for coolant flush was used. Can it be checked, I think I was charged the regular price of $99 and the coupon was for $49. Maybe when using the 10 Percent off coupon for other work the $49 coupon could not be used. Please check and if not credit, credit my Amex card if possible, or let me know and I will come by the dealership to adjust. Thanks, Lew

All of my service experience as well as after market products have been excellent. Airpark is a Jeep friendly dealer and I will try to have all of my after market modifications completed at Airpark. Their work is excellent fairly priced and warranty compatible.
