I left my house Sunday with the intention of buying a truck but didn't know who I was going to buy it from. I had 2 dealers to check out. Lucky for me the first one was Airpark Dodge. WE ALWAYS WANT LOWER PRICES PRICES WERE GOOD THOUGH. ROGER WAS VERY GOOD PULLED UP HISTORY ON CAR,EXPLAINED WELL EVEN GONNA CHECK FOR OIL LEAKS BEFORE WARRANTY UP.LIKE CONVIENCE OF A CLOSE PLACE AND DEALERS THAT DO GOOD JOB. HOPE TO HAVE A GOOD FUTURE WITH DEALER
My expierence with Lisa Strassman was very good, I explained to her what vehicle I wanted with what options I wanted and she got back to me in a timely manner. What was most important is she listed to me as to how I wanted to handle the deal. Everything went great. Their was no typical dealership high pressure.
All in all a great care experience. All were freindly and not high pressure that you experience with some car dealers. Also appeared very honest, whereas we found others to be very dishonest at a competitor Jeep dealer. Meredith was a friendly and she sought out information from John who was very friendly. The sales manager, Wille, was freindly and we worked with him via email. The Finance man, David, was also very friendly.
We were prepared to receive the 'hard sell' but were absolutely relieved to be treated with respect. Also, we were not pounced on like fresh meat when we arrived so that was terrific. As current Wrangler owners of 12 years (same Wrangler), we had already done the research on the new Jeep Unlimited Sahara. The price was fair and we understood there was not much wiggly room on it.
The whole process was great, from the Bob's who were very helpful and funny, to having a family memeber (John Tufarelli) help us through the process from start to finish. The purchase process and our sales "team" were great all around! There was one issue with another sales rep that couldnt even wait for us to park the car we test drove before he removed the dealer plate and told us he was taking it and would bring it back. Jason was awesome. Very knowledgable about everything pertaining to Jeeps and was able to answer all of my questions immediately. Buyers have many options in Phoenix and having an expert like Jason on staff puts Airpark at the top of the, "local dealers," list.
Fred was just terrific! He is not at all the 'pushy Fred was just terrific! He is not at all the 'pushy salesman' type. Really put us at ease and helped us find the perfect vehicle.
