We were driving from Tucson to the Phoenix airport in our 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk when my check engine light came on and said "service transmission". then went into "Limp Mode" The transmission would not shift unless I cycled the key. We made it to the airport on time, I dropped my wife off and headed to Airpark Jeep where we purchased the Jeep. It was about 12:30 on a Friday. Anthony is very nice to work with. He’s very pleasant and helpful. Service was in a timely manner. A good report was provided. Would have been 5 stars instead of 4, but car had not been washed prior to pick up.
