The Airpark service center is better than most. They still have issues like any other Stellantis product service center: slow to get parts, rarely loaner vehicles available, and subject to Stellantis’s general unhelpful system. However I found them to be honest and they gave me a loaner vehicle for the recall work I needed. If you have recall work, this is a great place to go. For regular maintenance, I’d look elsewhere.

John, the service advisor was awesome. Your tech was completely unprofessional He left the truck up on the rack and went to lunch when he knew I was waiting and I arrived at 930 for my appointment Just so we would not have the issue of him taking a lunch. A 4 hour oil change with fuel filters is unbelievable.

Willing to make a deal. Convinced me to spend more for something else, that I am happy with. My only negative is the vehicle took a long time to deliver it to me and my vehicle had some minor damage to it. I am still waiting for that to be remedied.
