Great service experience!!!! I recently brought my ram in for some recall work, oil change, rotation, etc. When I first arrived I told my service writer that I needed to be on the road by 2pm to pick up my son from school. I wasnt promised anything from him, but I was on the road at 1pm that day. I would highly recommend these guys,they go above and beyond for their customers and they care!!

Great Salesman, bad Finance experience I must admit, although it was all my fault I could have walked away, I truly wanted the Wrangler so I endured the torturous financial process even thought I was financing it through my Bank??? Yes I have purchase many cars in my life, most of them European, and never have I experienced this. The saving grace for this location is their service department, and follow through Sales folks. George helps my gets rides and other accommodations when necessary. Great service We came up from Casa Grande (about an hour away) Our service tech, Carl Thomas ,explained it would be a while because we were having the paint protection along with our oil change. That was fine. We came prepared with things to entertain ourselves. The customer service area was very comfortable and there was coffee and donuts available. It was a very pleasant experience.
Great experience with the Service Department Making my service appointment on line was very easy. My advisor, John Marino, was ready for me when I pulled up to drop off my Jeep. He assisted with my questions and concerns and got me on my way quickly. My service was completed within a few hours. Great customer service.
