Fast and Efficient Excellent Service! I brought our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and our 2017 Dodge Challenger in for regular service, oil change, tire rotation, inspection, etc. The Jeep also had a safety recall that needed to be taken care of. Service advisors Charlie Brummett and Derrick Parra were a pleasure to work with, even though I had to reschedule an appt. at the last minute. They gave realistic time frames and kept my husband & I updated on the service progress in real time. Thank you!

After spending a whole day at a different dodge dealership and getting absolutely nowhere on a deal for a new truck, I made it to Airpark Dodge and was immediately impressed with the atmosphere and the non pressure that the dealership provided. Good, honest folks After having a not so great experience elsewhere, I decided to head over to Airpark. Robert Brickman, Charlie Brummett, Chris, and Sam Osterkorn helped provide an excellent and very professional experience. They were patient and transparent as we discussed options. Service review Took several minutes to get recognized/greeted but once that happened the experience was pleasant and painless. The service tech explained in detail what was needed and walked through what was being done and finished in expected time frame. Would recommend the service department -not so much sales department.
2004 Jeep Wrangler oil leak On arrival sat for about 5 minutes in carport before being acknowleged...otherwise everyone was helpful and courteous. Micah, my advisor was helpful. Was very worried after a $2500 service that my Jeep still leaked but have been advised it was residual oil that leaked out. Only recomendation in retrospect is the initial slow greeting, even if otherwise occupied I think I would have felt welcomed if someone had taken a moment, sooner to let me know they saw me.
