Great car buying experience I popped into air park dodge on a Saturday knowing which truck I wanted and my salesman, Bo Turner, quickly figured out what financial parameters I was working under. Within a short amount a time we had struck a deal. They thoroughly discussed my concerns. As mentioned, they discussed my concerns and pointed out other things that needed attention, along with advise as to which was priority and which could be delayed safely.

They worked with us to find us the right car and then were pleasant in negotiating the right price. USAA Car Buying service was an excellent tool for both of us.
Oil Lube and filter and Zatek finish The carwash and Zatek application couldn't be done the last time and machine was finally working. The only thing was Recall on rearwindow switch

New Ram Purchase I purchased a new Ram 1500 from Airpark. It had a Sirius Radio connection problem. Also, I had after market installations to be completed as part of the purchase. The Sirius radio problem was solved by replacing the Radio at no charge. The other installations were also completed successfully and in a reasonable time frame. The entire purchase repair and installation episode, though involved was handled very professionally and to my satisfaction. All at Airpark were concerned about my satisfaction.
Recall I had a recall on my 2013 Dodge Challenger. The potentially defective part was replaced in a very short time and I was on my way. There was no charge.
