1st “Quick Oil Change” Dropped my 2018 Sahara Wrangler at the “1st come 1st serve” oil change for its first service since purchase. Customer Service greeting was great and I was informed I had an hour at most to have the oil changed. There was one car in front of me. I decided to wait for the service however it took 2.5 hours to complete a oil change. Nice people but expectations need to be managed better.
Service department is excellent!!! Brought my Jeep Patriot to Airpark CJD because my local dealer in Surprise AZ couldn’t diagnose the problem and acted like they could care less. What a world of difference at Airpark. Brought the vehicle in on a Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon they found the problem, ordered the parts, informed me of what was wrong and had it back to me on Wednesday.
