I cannot recommend Airtronics more highly. I had an air-conditioning emergency in a prewar apartment with an older central air system that had been installed long ago by another company. Airtronics sent someone immediately, and accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem. It was a complicated situation and needed some follow up. Easily one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Evan is incredibly patient and thorough in his explanations and every member of his crew was helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our office AC unit had been installed by another company and had recurring issues, but even on the hottest of days Airtronics would pick up the phone and find a way to accommodate us. Even though they do not offer service for PTAC units, Evan the service manager was kindly enough to answer some of my questions, and referred me to another company. You can tell their customer service is A+ from this.
Called Airtronics after finding them online, and seeing other positive Yelp ads. I usually do not write reviews, but this company stands out and deserves a big thumbs up!! Our commercial 10 ton air conditioner wasn't working, and our usual hvac company could not fit us into their schedule. Upon calling Airtronics, I found they answered the phone immediately. I have been scammed by 3 air conditioning companies in the last 3 years. Evan and his professional team came to my rescue in April, 2017 and fixed all my problems. They pressure cleaned all the coils well. They properly diagnosed the part ($85) that failed in the compressor (another company had wanted $4500 to replace the entire compressor). Last year, on the hottest day in August, my central a/c virtually died. Through a yelp search, I called AIRTRONICS. Later that morning Evan's crew came out and my got my moldy dinosaur running. I was introduced to Airtronics a little over two years ago. My boss was looking at a commercial space for his business and was questioning the quality of the AC unit.
