I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. The most awful part is the management. They never once have answered an email or voicemail. When they do answer the phone they have no clue what they’re talking about. Every employees gives you different information. On top of this, they will nickel and dime you for everything. The hot water for the whole building was out for 10 days in November. 10 days without hot water! Instead of replacing the water heater for the building, they waited for a part to come in. Any positive review is a fake one created by their staff. We had a broken electrical box that their maintenance couldn't identify as broken, had to call in a professional. Agent who signed us for our apartment lied about the floors being buffed before we moved in. During THE FIRST WEEK OF Covid they told every resident you'll be evicted if you don't pay rent, but be sure to use your one stimulus check on us.
