I would give Dr. Hicks and the staff at the Akron-Medina Veterinary Hospital 5 out of 5 stars. I really appreciate that they have a special wing just for cats too.
There are not that many people that would go out of their way to help a stranger but the staff at the Akron-Medina Veterinary Hospital are a few of them. They are a great staff who will stay late to help our their patients.
The practice manager is awesome! I am very happy I chose Akron-Medina Vet Hospital for my pets.
I really like that it's a one stop shop for all the services that my dog needs. They do a great job and are wonderful with her.

Dr. Hicks is a knowledgeable Veterinarian who cares as much about your pet as you do. The staff is awesome and accommodations at their pet resort are beautiful, with large fiberglass cages that are kept spotlessly clean. I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet.
This facility and the people that work there are wonderful. We take all of our pets to Dr. Hicks. He is very kind and we trust his abilities. The cost of vet bills now-a-days is a concern and he is conscious of that when discussing our pets' care. We've been to other vets that were closer to our home and we were not happy with their services. Then we found Dr. Hicks and we've been trusting him with our 4-legged family members ever since. Thanks to Dr. Hicks and his staff!
We love Dr. Hicks! We have three cats and two dogs and he has been wonderful to all of them. He knows their personalities, and ours for that matter. When any of the cats or dogs are sick, we are seen that day! We can't say enough about him and his staff. They are wonderful!
