Easy to get in and got a good response on our cats's mouth problem
Appointments are always on time. Never more than 2 pets in the waiting area at one time. Makes it a lot easier when you are bringing senior pets for check ups that may be nervous around a lot of activity. Dr. Hicks and his staff provide the latest and safest of veterinary care for my beloved pets.
Sue is an excellent groomer. She is so patient with our "special needs" dog.
Dr. Hicks and his staff do a great job. Dr. Hicks even performed a knee replacement on our boxer at 8 years old and now she is 14 and still doing well with her knee. All of our pets go there and have been treated very well, We boarded our kitten there too and they did a great job with her. We highly recommend!
Akron Medina Veterinary Hospital had been our family's choice of pet care for several decades, from 1987-2006 until I relocated to the Columbus area. Once I returned to the Medina County area, there is no veterinarian I would trust with our pets care more than Dr Hicks and his staff.
Everyone was great! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. They really took the time to answer all my questions and reassured me that I could call at any time if I had more questions. I never felt rushed and my new puppy seemed to feel comfortable with them as well.
