I called them because I was going to be a few minutes late and they said fine. The front desk girl was very nice and took an interest in my kitty, Redington. The nurse was nice and I loved the doctor. He examined Redington and discussed things about him and answered all of my questions. He spent quality time with us and took notice of his temperament and personality. He explained the procedure...

i appreciated very much having this facility near by, and since my regular vet refers off-hours emergencies to you, I image you have trust. Follow up visit to the regular vet also showed no concern or problems with the care my pet received. I'm just sad that I needed to visit you so I'm not in a real good place to provide lots of verbose feedback. Thanks again.
