Working with Al was great. He knows his business and is extremely professional. He made sure everything was in order up front so we had a hassle free closing. We worked with Al for over a year to make sure our finances were in order, we had a pre approval letter based on what we could afford and that underwriting/final closing was hassle free. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Al was always available from day one and very clear on what's needed in order the get the loan approved. Everything was approved WAY before closing and he still call and check in make sure that everything is going smoothly with the closing. Easy to talk to and highly recommended!

My wife and I purchased our first home and Al Esposito was our lender. With this being our first home Al made every bit of the loan process easy to understand and was available at every hour of the day to answer any and all questions we had. I don't have any other experience with lenders to compare to this experience, however I can say that there isn't a single reason you shouldn't use Al and Prime Lending for a home loan. The whole team was great. They were extremely accessible and were on top of everything in a timely aspect. They made the process easy. We are very thankful for the help. The attorney and realtor even told us that they loved how great Alfonzo and his team were through everything. We will certainly refer him to anyone that needs a mortgage.

Al and his team were exemplary. They were very proactive and kept the process moving. I never had to call to figure out where things stood. They closed our loan in an expedited time line and it went off without a hitch.
