Alfonso was extremely knowledgeable and on top of it all. Great follow up skills, made several recommendations. Provided a time-line of what to expect.
Alfonso was great to work with, he kept in constant contact every step of the way with updates or documents needed and would check in to make sure everything was going OK. I cannot say enough as to his professionalism and the diligent work that he does. Al and his team went above and beyond to make sure this was stress-less as possible. Al was very upfront and honest with everything I admired his "no nonsense" but friendly way of conducting business.

Alfonso called multiple times a week to check in to make sure the mortgage process was going smoothly for us. As first time home buyers we needed all the advice we could get! He was ALWAYS available through email or phone and made buying a house much less stressful. He explained every detail so we knew exactly what we were getting with our mortgage.
