Received Al's reference from my agent and upon reaching out he explained the process and what to expect. He was always available to explain whenever I needed to get clarifications on few things. Received competitive mortgage rate too but not sure if the rates went lower than what I received. Al and his team are exceptional! HIGHLY recommend! We were amazed at how smooth the entire mortgage process went as first time buyers especially with such a time crunch to close. We were able to have our mortgage loan ready for closing in 3 weeks which is absurd seeing as the industry standard is 30 days.
