Carlos came to fix a leaking shower head and had it all fixed and wrapped up within the hour. Amazing work, great service. Will be our go-to plumber moving forward. Follow up (3 months later): As the weather has been getting colder, we have noticed that the hot water doesn't turn to the hottest setting in the shower controls. The job was not done as expected. Their plumber visited, advised us on a whole-home filtration system, and installed it after we purchased the recommended unit. However, water tests showed no change in ppm levels after installation. When I contacted the company, they claimed ignorance about the system's water filtration capabilities and suggested I reach out to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a helpful response.

Had a leak in the attic from an old galvanized pipe. Called for service Friday morning 6/6/25 at 8:30am. Had someone at my door within 3 hours. Job completed shortly after that. Customer service is top notch. Carlos was the plumber that showed up. Professional, knowledgeable, and ready to get dirty. 100% recommend.
