Carlos came to fix a leaking shower head and had it all fixed and wrapped up within the hour. Amazing work, great service. Will be our go-to plumber moving forward. Follow up (3 months later): As the weather has been getting colder, we have noticed that the hot water doesn't turn to the hottest setting in the shower controls. This has been a terrible experience. I had Al Rooter over 3 times to scope and quote the job. We agreed on a price to replace a sewer line. On the first day they pulled a bait and switch and said to complete the work it will cost 80% more.

Great service and fair prices. It is very apparent the owners and staff of this company care about their customers. You don’t feel like just another customer when speaking with them. After so many years in the business they have certainly mastered their craft. They are also very on time and punctual. Thank you

I’ve called Al Rooter for 2 separate occasions and they have been a pleasure to deal with. They are very quick to respond and was great with communication. I’ve met Eric and Carlos and they did a great job and were very helpful and nice! Will definitely continue to call Al Rooter for all my plumbing needs.
