Loved the place on the first visit. Left a raving review..then we went back week later for a bath and nail trim..when i picked my little guy up he was frantic..they hadnt taken him out to bathroom even 1 time he had been there for 8 hrs. So then I call to bring him in with a health issue..serious health issue ...the office manager talks right over you so rude said shes answering other calls and its gonna be 10 days befor he can be seen. Shes a rude whip..that one. Sounds all cranked up on something. Never go there again and... read more

I have had pets my whole life and have never seen such a disgrace of an animal hospital in my whole life. My dog, who has been a client of theirs for almost six years has terrible diarrhea. I called to see if they could see him so he doesn't have to suffer through the weekend. I was told they were booked (yes, I can imagine they couldn't even squeeze a sick client in....great customer service) and that I could call in the beginning of the week (so my dog would have to suffer because of their inability to even try and fit ... read more

I recently took my rescued kitten to this clinic's sister hospital, Maitland Animal Hospital. When leaving the clinic, a technician, who is also the Maitland location's manager, failed to zip her carrier. While he was carrying her to my car, she escaped and he proceeded to chase her behind the clinic, across train tracks and into the surrounding neighborhood. This resulted in my kitten being lost for 4 days and during this time, I received little to no help in my efforts to bring my kitten home safely from the manager respon... read more

Disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Obviously I'm not a veterinarian. But I've raised livestock, and owned many dogs and other animals throughout my life. I should be listened to. I'm competent to make this Decisions regarding my animals. If it is the policy of the office, not to stay in animal until they are six months, which is in no way a medical absolute, this information should have been conveying to me on my initial phone call, not after I have been talked into some sort of VIP program, and paid for an utter... read more

My pet was seen on a Thursday and I paid for services with a credit card which they wanted my 3 digit code on the back of the card, Emil address, billing address and phone number even though I was in person. Two days later my card was used in Fort Walton Beach Fl to purchase $99 worth of pizza at papa johns. Within several minutes of the order, I received an email and several phone calls wanting to verify the address in Ft Walton beach Fl from the eatery thanking me for my order and to verify the room number for the delive... read more

So let me see where shall I start... I brought my cat into their clinic on a Saturday with severe pain, he was having urinary problems. After examining him they called me on the phone( wasn't allowed in due to COVID19). Dr. Quoines was the one treating him as she spoke to me and told me what she thought would be best after I explained he was having trouble with his bladder and pain. She proceeding to tell me that it is possible that his bladder might explode and I might need to take him to the emergency clinic:(. Then proce... read more

I took my dog for the free boarding as part of the VIP program I paid for. I was required to sign 5 forms, one of which required me to initial 5 separate boxes. One form asked if I wanted them to take extraordinary measures to save my dog in life threatening situation. I didn't take my 5 year old dog there with the expectation it would die when in their care. These forms were designed to free them of any liability or give them open access to my wallet.. After much discussion I was asked to leave. Do your self a favor and d... read more

I am not a customer, I only spoke to this veterinary office over the phone. I came away saying I will never go here. This is not a place that cares about pets or their owners. They are only here to make as much money as they can. To euthanize an old suffering dog, they people couldn't stop listing more and more fees they would have wanted to charge! $50 for an "office visit"! $30 for a catheter! Almost $80 cremation fee! $65 for the actual euthanasia! Unbelievable.

Worst animal hospital in Central Florida. Do NOT take your pet here. This vet will add in numerous charges to your bill at the end of the veterinarian visit and then give your vet unnecessary medications to increase the cost of your bill. Not only is this vet expensive, she does not have enough experience to practice veterinarian medicine. One time I took my healthy and fully vaccinated dog there to be boarded for ONE night, and he came home with a horrible cough. Guess who was blamed for the cough? ME! They told me t... read more
