Wow, I am very pleased with Alamo Decks and Fence. I entered my request one night, I had a call the very next morning. ***** tried very hard to fix my existing fence/latch to save me from having to replace it. Once it was decided that replacement was inevitable, he was able to have it replaced and functional the very next day. The work that was done was very exact and the individual who did the work was professional. I will use Alamo Decks and Fence again.

I don't put faith in online reviews and surveys for several reasons, the primary reasons being that I don't know if it is actually a customer submitting the review/survey and I don't know what their value or judgment systems are based upon. Take this as you wish.I promise you that I am a real customer and am very satisfied with the work that was done [replaced my backyard fence and back porch handrailing]. We had a great experience with easy scheduling and were very happy with the final product. Had some steps added to an existing deck and it came out looking really nice.

I do appreciate that the company did rectify the issues and completed my fence replacement but it wasn't without problems. I completely understand that things don't always go right but it is important to keep the customer updated to manage expectations. I was told every day a different time the crew would show up and they never once showed up anywhere close to the time given. At any given time only 1 person was on-site and he struggled to do it on his own. In total the job took 5 days to complete and caused me to lose a lot ... read more

Alamo Decks and Fence did an awesome job! The boards underneath my deck were rotted. We had two other companies come out to give us quotes. We were unimpressed and sticker shocked. Alamo Decks and Fence sent their sales manager. He was very thorough and transparent. He walked us through the process. The crew did an incredible job, they were able to salvage part of our deck which saved us some money and they reinforced all the floor boards that were not replaced. Alamo Decks and Fence replaced the fence in my backyard. They did a fantastic job, and the workers were very professional. They were in and out the same day, and cleaned up the site completely. I've gotten many compliments on the fence! Very happy with it, and the whole process was smooth.

Hi there,I haven't had an issue with our fence. We had ***** come out to replace our fence after had the pool placed in. We have had this fence since March *********************************** ***********, *****. I am sorry that these people have had some bad issues but I would recommend contacting and working with only ***** from this company. Since we are teachers we do not make that much and they worked with our budget.
