Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this company to complete any type of fencing project. They are extremely unprofessional and do not warranty their work. You will pay 3 times what others charge. We hired this company because they appeared professional. We had many issues with their crew leaving trash everywhere and not picking up all the metal fence pieces left in the backyard. In addition to this, within 6 months we had a gate lock break off. I am sorry to hear your comments. For a walk-thru gate, we use 4"x4" pressure treated posts. Regarding the repairs, you hired our crew directly, without going thru our company. We did not repair it, because you did not go thru us and we cannot warranty work done by Others. I should mention, that you not only hired our crew directly, but also tried to hire our Sales Rep. to go work for him. We do not consider this ethical.

Initially it went good, but once it was time to actually install the fence is when it went downhill. The sub-contractor(yes they use sub-contractors) didnt show up until 1pm and then didnt even have the correct supplies and had to leave. The next day they didnt show up until after 12 and got most of it done. ***** guaranteed me it would only take 1 day considering we removed the old fence.
