We lost internet about 7pm on 12/19, called acs to troubleshoot it. They weren’t not able to fix it over the phone and had to open a trouble ticket. The repair man showed up about 1pm and the outside cable was the issue. He went outside at -30 below and ran a new cable so that we could get our internet back:)! Excellent service! Very impressed how fast the turn around was to get our service back up and running 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠
