RecommendedWe lost internet about 7pm on 12/19, called acs to troubleshoot it. They weren’t not able to fix it over the phone and had to open a trouble ticket. The repair man showed up about 1pm and the outside cable was the issue. He went outside at -30 below and ran a new cable so that we could get our internet back:)! Excellent service! Very impressed how fast the turn around was to get our service back up and running 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

RecommendedI got the help I needed today on an internet issue. The issue is still not resolved at the Sterling Senior Center, but the ACS crew went out of their way to try and help me narrow down the problem and we may get it resolved yet.
