Acs needs to put more towers in Hoonah! Word got out how fast it is compared to other places and Acs has gotten more customers because of it. Now that there are so many it has slowed it down lots! Will Hoonah even get the 4g LTE??
I used to believe ACS had wonderful service because they truly did until they started selling their smartphones and mifi devices without upgrading their towers. The service now is great in the middle of the night, early daytime. After 5pm there is no good service around this area. Sometimes I don't even get phones calls until hours after its been a missed call. I really hope ACS gets to upgrading around here, until then I won't be recommending this company to really anyone.
I'm having a hard time understanding why I'm having dropped calls and poor connection at my home in Chugiak/Peters Creek area??
